Job Role: Ensure that the products are manufactured as per the cGMP.

• Maintain documentation as per regulatory authorities requirement like change control, deviations.

Deputy Manager to Technical Officer-Production/ Packing (Injectable)

Production:

Handle manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, Isolator, lyophilizers, vial washing and tunnel, vial/ ophthalmic /PFS filling and aseptic filtration, FFS, CIP/SIP, filters, microsphere refiner, active freeze drying System. Operation, cleaning, sterilization, qualification must. and maintenance of solution preparation systems. Packing:

Ensure operation, cleaning, qualifications and maintenance of manual visual inspection. On line integrity testing m/c, auto cartonator, blister packing m/c, sterilization, Track & Trace system.

Job Role: Quality Assurance:

• 1 to 10 years of experience

Ensure line clearance, reviewing of BMR & BPR, handling shop floor QMS document. Ensuring shop floor compliances and handling of investigation.

Quality Control:

• Exposure of analysis for finished product, stability samples and raw material. Handle instruments like HPLC, GC,UV-visible/IR spectrophotometer, dissolution apparatus, KF, IPC-OES.
