Operation, Cleaning, Sterilization, Qualification and maintenance of Solution preparation systems. Manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, Lyophilizers, Vial washing & tunnel, Vial/Ophthalmic /PFS filling and aseptic filtration, CIP/SIP, Filters. Understanding and EXP-1 TO 8 YEARS compliance to clean room behaviour, Aseptic practices. and Good Documentation practices is must.

M.PHARM/B PHARM/ DIPLOMA/ITI

EXP-1 TO 8 YEARS

PACKING – SR. EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIVE/JR. EXECUTIVE/TECHNICAL OFFICER

Operation, Cleaning, Qualification and Maintenance of Manual Visual inspection, On line Integrity testing M/c, Labelling M/c, Auto Cartonator, Serialization, Track & Trace System.

M.PHARM/B.PHARM/ DIPLOMA/ITI

EXP-1 TO 8 YEARS

PRODUCTION COMPLIANCE – SR. EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIVE

Responsible for batch record preparation, change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation, manufacturing QMS & compliance activities, adherence to cGMP, GDP, LMS training expertise, Equipment qualification and process validation documents preparation and review.

MS&T – RESEARCH SCIENTIST / RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER:

Candidate should have experience in Injectable Formulation: Experience of scale-up and exhibit batches execution. Preparation of scale-up batch protocols and batch processing records. Review and provide Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) and Critical Quality Attributes (COA) Exposure on review of Technology transfer documents

PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT:

Candidate should have experience in Injectable

Formulation Responsible to prepare packaging component specification, test procedures, protocols, Master Packing Records, test reports and Bill of Materials. To carry out Innovator pack/ Reference Packages characterization. Preparation of Machine Trial Protocols, Study Protocols and Reports Review of Technical reports, Product Development Report (PDR).Should have thorough understanding of the development activities of packaging development for the injectable/sterile projects.
