Assistant General Manager – Packing

Criteria:

• A degree in pharmacy, with knowledge of regulatory guidelines and requirements related to visual inspection and packing operations

• At least 15 years of experience in visual inspection and packing operations for injectable products

• Strong leadership and management skills with experience in managing a team of at least 200

people • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively

• Possess knowledge of SAP and other software commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry

Job Role:

• Develop and implement a robust manual visual inspection qualification strategy for Injectable products

• Handle regulatory audits related to visual inspection and packing activities

• Qualify and manage the routine operation of automated leak testing machines

• Manage the operation and maintenance of packing equipment such as Vial/PFS labelling machines, track & trace systems, auto-cartonator machines, blister packing machines, device assembling machines, etc

Manage serialization process and its regulatory requirements.

• Ensure the review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR),

Batch Packing Records (BPR) as per regulatory standards

Senior Manager-Production Compliance

Criteria:

• A degree in pharmacy, with knowledge of regulatory guidelines

• At least 12 years of experience in production compliance activity

• Excellent managerial and communication skills • Meticulous in documentation as per regulatory standards

Job Role:

• Manage production compliance activity like CCF management,

deviation, CAPA, investigation and OOS • Manage documents like BMR, BPR, Master SOP,etc

• Conduct compliance as per cGMP, GDP and disciplines in the department

• Identify Training needs and impart required trainings
