Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Indian Domestic Regulatory Affairs team.
- Oversee regulatory submissions, approvals, and compliance activities.
- Develop and drive strategic regulatory initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian pharmaceutical regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
- Support regulatory planning and maintain compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria & Key Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs.
- Strong experience in Indian Regulatory Affairs with leadership exposure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Indian regulatory landscape.
- Expertise in dealing with key regulatory bodies, including CDSCO, FSSAI, NPPA, and other relevant government and regulatory institutions.
- Strong understanding of regulatory submissions, approvals, and compliance.
- Proven ability to lead regulatory teams and manage strategic initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and regulatory coordination skills.
