Interview Details

Vacancies and Key Requirements (Dahej, Gujarat)
Ajanta Pharma is looking for skilled personnel with 02 to 10 years of experience across various functions.
1. Manufacturing / Packing Roles
- Associate/Operator:
- Qualification: 10th, 12th + ITI, Diploma, D. Pharm (Mandatory).
- Skill: Hands-on experience in OSD Manufacturing operations like Granulation, Pellet Coating, Primary Packing (Blister Packing, Sachet Filling), and Secondary Packing (Cartonator & Labelling).
- Sr. Officer/Officer/Assistant:
- Qualification: B. Pharm/M. Pharm.
- Skill: Experience in OSD Manufacturing operations (Compression, Pellet Coating, Capsule filling, Primary Packing & Secondary Packing). Expertise in e-BPR and e-log will be an added advantage.
2. Quality Assurance & Quality Control Roles
- Quality Assurance – Sr. Officer/Officer:
- Qualification: B. Pharm/M. Pharm.
- Skill: Good knowledge of AQA, APQR Preparation, Qualification & IPQA.
- Quality Control – Sr. Officer/Officer:
- Qualification: B.Sc./ M.Sc./ B. Pharm/ M.Pharm.
- Skill: Expertise in analysis of Solid Oral – FP, In-process or Stability samples. Experience in Analytical Method Validation, PMQC & Dissolution.
3. Maintenance Roles
- Sr. Officer/Officer/Assistant (For Plant Maintenance/HVAC):
- Qualification: B.E (Electrical)/For Assistant – Only ITI (Electrical).
- Skill: Maintenance of Manufacturing & Packing Process Equipment (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Blister & Strip Machines, Powder & Bulk packing lines). Familiarity with GMP documentation is essential.
4. Stores (Warehouse) Roles
- Sr. Officer/Officer:
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Skill: Should have experience in Raw material & Packing Material section. Current working experience in a Pharma Formulation Plant is required.
