1. Manufacturing / Packing – Associate / Operator
Qualification: 10th, 12th + ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm (Mandatory)
Experience: 2–10 Years
Required Skills:
- Experience in OSD manufacturing operations
- Granulation, Pellet Coating, Compression
- Coating and Capsule Manufacturing
- Primary Packing (Blister Packing, Sachet Filling)
- Secondary Packing (Cartonator & Labelling)
2. Manufacturing / Packing – Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2–8 Years
Required Skills:
- OSD manufacturing operations
- Granulation, Compression & Coating
- Pellet Coating and Capsule Filling
- Primary & Secondary Packing
- Experience in USFDA-approved plants preferred
3. Maintenance (Plant Maintenance) – Sr. Officer / Officer / Assistant
Qualification:
- B.E. (Electrical / Mechanical) – Sr. Officer/Officer
- ITI / Diploma (Fitter, Electrical, Mechanical) – Assistant
Experience: 2–10 Years
Required Skills:
- Maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities
- Preventive maintenance activities
- Handling Granulation, Compression, Coating & Pellet Coating equipment
- Experience with Blenders, Blister and Strip Packing Machines
- Powder and Bulk Packing Line Maintenance
4. Maintenance (Utility) – Executive
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical
Experience: 10–12 Years
Required Skills:
- Utility systems operation and maintenance
- Air Compressors, Chillers, Boilers & Purified Water Systems
- Knowledge of SOPs, URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ
- GMP Documentation
- CAPA, Change Control, Deviations & Incident Handling
5. Stores (Warehouse) – Associate / Operator
Qualification: ITI / D.Pharm
Experience: 4–10 Years
Required Skills:
- Raw Material & Packing Material Management
- FG (Finished Goods) Warehouse Operations
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Formulation Industry
6. Quality Control – Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / D.Pharm / B.Pharm
Experience: 3–8 Years
Required Skills:
- Analysis of Solid Oral Dosage Forms
- FP Instrumentation
- In-Process & Stability Testing
- Analytical Method Validation
- PMQC & Dissolution Studies
7. Quality Assurance – Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 3–5 Years
Required Skills:
- Validation & Qualification Activities
- DRA & ITQA
- Investigations and Engineering QA
- Experience in USFDA-regulated facilities
