The company is conducting a Walk-In Interview in Baddi for candidates interested in Manufacturing, Packing, Quality Assurance, and Liquid Dosage operations.

Ajanta Pharma is looking for candidates across different departments and experience levels. The available positions range from Associate-level roles for candidates with 10th/12th/ITI qualifications to Officer, Senior Officer and Executive positions for experienced pharmaceutical professionals.
1. Quality Assurance
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2–8 Years
Candidates will be responsible for activities related to QC instrument verification, electronic data reconciliation, audit trail review, analytical report review, LIMS, laboratory deviations, OOS/OOT investigations and root-cause analysis.
The role also includes review of manufacturing and packaging documents, IPQA activities, BMR/BPR, labels and logbooks, as well as process validation and hold-time studies.
2. Oral Solid Dosage – Manufacturing
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc.
Experience: 3–7 Years
The selected candidates will work in oral solid dosage manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include exposure to manufacturing processes such as granulation, compression and coating, along with equipment handling and compliance with applicable GMP requirements.
3. Oral Solid Dosage – Packing
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc.
Experience: 3–7 Years
Candidates will be responsible for primary and secondary packing operations and handling of packing equipment and processes in compliance with pharmaceutical quality requirements.
4. Oral Solid Dosage – Manufacturing & Packing
Position: Associate
Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI
Experience: 4–10 Years
Candidates will be involved in manufacturing and packing activities, including equipment handling and following applicable production and GMP procedures.
5. Liquid Dosage – Manufacturing
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Qualification: B.Pharm
Experience: 1–9 Years
The role involves liquid dosage manufacturing and filling operations, equipment handling and execution of manufacturing activities in accordance with applicable GMP requirements.
6. Liquid Dosage – Manufacturing / Filling
Position: Associate
Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI
Experience: 4–10 Years
Selected candidates will support liquid dosage manufacturing and filling operations, including handling of relevant equipment and filling activities.
