Available Positions and Requirements
Ajanta Pharma is hiring across various departments, ranging from production and quality control to maintenance and warehouse management.
Manufacturing & Packing (Production)
The company is looking for both Operators and Officers. Operators (Associates) require a 10th/12th + ITI, Diploma, or D. Pharm with 2 to 10 years of experience in OSD manufacturing (Granulation, Coating, Capsules, or Blister Packing). Officer roles require a B. Pharm or M. Pharm with 2 to 8 years of experience, specifically within a USFDA-approved plant.
Quality Control & Quality Assurance
Openings exist for Senior Officers and Officers. QC candidates should have a B.Sc, M.Sc, or Pharmacy degree with experience in Solid Oral analysis (FP, RM, or Stability) and dissolution testing. QA candidates must hold a B. Pharm or M. Pharm and possess expertise in QMS, IPQA, and validation processes within a USFDA regulated environment.
Maintenance (Plant & HVAC)
The maintenance team is expanding its Electrical and HVAC divisions. Requirements range from B.E. (Electrical) for Officer roles to ITI for Assistant positions. Candidates must have hands-on experience with pharmaceutical machinery like blenders, compression machines, and AHU/BMS systems. Experience levels vary from 2 to 12 years depending on the specific role.
Stores (Warehouse)
There are openings for Associates and Operators in the Warehouse department. Candidates with an ITI or D. Pharm and 4 to 10 years of experience in raw materials, packing materials, or finished goods (FG) sections within pharma formulation are encouraged to apply.
