Job Openings and Eligibility Criteria
The recruitment covers several key departments. Below are the specific requirements for each functional area:
Manufacturing & Packing
- Associate/Operator: Requires 10th, 12th + ITI, Diploma, or D. Pharm with 2 to 10 years of experience. Skills should include OSD manufacturing operations like Granulation, Coating, Capsules, and Primary/Secondary packing.
- Officer/Sr. Officer: Requires B. Pharm or M. Pharm with 2 to 8 years of experience. Candidates must have experience in OSD manufacturing and ideally have worked in a USFDA-approved plant.
Maintenance & Engineering
- Officer/Assistant (Mechanical/Electrical): Requires B.E. or ITI (Electrical/RMF) with 2 to 8 years of experience. Expertise in preventive maintenance of pharma equipment like Blenders, Blister machines, and Granulation lines is essential.
- HVAC Specialists: Requires B.E. (Electrical) or ITI (Electrical/RFM) with 4 to 12 years of experience. Candidates must be skilled in AHU maintenance, dehumidifiers, BMS, and copper piping work.
Quality Control & Quality Assurance
- Quality Control (Officer/Sr. Officer): Open to B.Sc, M.Sc, B. Pharm, or M. Pharm graduates with 2 to 8 years of experience. Proficiency in analysis (Solid Oral), Stability, Analytical Method Validation, and Dissolution is required.
- Quality Assurance (Officer/Sr. Officer): Requires B. Pharm or M. Pharm with 2 to 8 years of experience. Focus areas include QMS, IPQA, and Validation within a USFDA-compliant setup.
Stores (Warehouse)
- Associate/Operator: Candidates should have an ITI or D. Pharm with 4 to 10 years of experience. Significant experience in Raw Material, Packing Material, and Finished Goods (FG) within a Pharma Formulation environment is necessary.
