Open Positions and Requirements
The company is looking to fill multiple roles within the Maintenance Department, categorized by experience levels and technical expertise:
Electrical Maintenance (3 to 5 Years Experience)
Candidates should hold a DEE or BE in Electrical Engineering. The role requires practical exposure to HVAC systems and electrical panels. Key responsibilities include managing electrical breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance on HVAC and related equipment, and maintaining all associated technical documentation.
Maintenance Operations & QMS (3 to 5 Years Experience)
Qualified candidates with a DME, DEE, or BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are invited to apply. This role focuses on the administrative and quality side of maintenance, requiring working knowledge of training activities, documentation, and familiarity with TRIMS, E-log, and QMS activities.
Senior Maintenance Compliance (6 to 8 Years Experience)
For more experienced professionals, Ajanta Pharma is looking for candidates with a DME, DEE, or BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in an OSD formulation FDA approved facility. Core competencies should include QMS, QRM, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), qualification protocols, reporting, and managing internal-external audit compliance.
