Criteria:
•Strong knowledge of chemistry with a positive attitude
•Experience in scale-up processes, both in pilot and production
•Willingness to travel to various manufacturing locations for product scale-up
•Flexibility to work in shifts
Responsibilities:
•Implement Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
•Monitor task completion and report daily activities
•Ensure effective communication across departments
•Maintain accurate data entry in log books and LNB
•Attend required training programs
•Follow safety protocols and ensure safe working conditions
•Ensure availability of raw materials and solvents for daily operations
