🔬 Head – New Product Development (NPD)

Experience: 7–15 years
Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in in-licensing, product strategy, NPD, or pharma business development
• Proven exposure to Oncology or Specialty Pharma
• Ability to lead and drive product development initiatives

🧪 QC Officer / QC Executive

Experience: 1–6 years
Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with HPLC
• Knowledge of quality control processes in a pharma manufacturing setup

✅ QA Validation

Experience: 7–10 years
Key Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in injectable manufacturing plant
• Strong understanding of validation protocols and compliance

📦 Warehouse Manager

Experience: 12–15 years
Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in warehouse operations
• Must have handled international audits
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and inventory control
