ACME Group is conducting a Walk-In Interview for experienced pharmaceutical professionals at Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh. The recruitment drive is for its Sterile and Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulation manufacturing sites at Baddi and Nalagarh.
The company is looking for candidates across Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, QC Microbiology and Packing departments.
1. Engineering – Sterile
ACME Group has openings for AM / Executive / Officer and Sr. Technician / Technician positions.
For staff-level positions, candidates with M.Tech or B.Tech qualifications and 2–12 years of experience can apply. Technician-level candidates should have a Diploma or ITI qualification with 4–12 years of experience.
The role covers areas such as process equipment, vial/ampoule filling and sealing, ophthalmic filling, PFS/cartridge, isolators, compounding, autoclaves, depyrogenation tunnels, WFI washing, instrumentation, HVAC, BMS/EMS, utilities, boiler, chiller, electrical and water systems, WFI, pure steam and related engineering activities.
2. Quality Assurance – Sterile
The company is hiring AM / Executive / Officer for its Sterile QA function.
Candidates should hold a B.Pharma, M.Sc or M.Pharma qualification with 2–12 years of experience.
Relevant areas include IPQA, manufacturing and packing, documentation, audit compliance, PV/CV, media fill, aseptic interventions, sterility assurance, lyophilization, environmental monitoring, investigations, deviations, QRM, training, APQR and AQA.
3. Production – Sterile
Positions are available for Sr. Executive / Executive / Officer and Sr. Operator / Operator.
Staff candidates should have B.Pharma or M.Pharma with 2–8 years of experience, while Operator candidates should have ITI or Diploma with 2–10 years of experience.
The responsibilities include aseptic area operations, autoclave/TS area, compounding and filling, lyophilization, isolator and integrity testing, production QMS, training, media fill, process validation, BMR review and documentation, ERP and DWI applications.
4. Quality Control – OSD & Sterile
ACME Group is recruiting AM / Executive / Officer for Quality Control.
Eligible candidates should have B.Pharma, M.Sc or M.Pharma qualifications and 2–12 years of experience.
Experience in HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, KF, TOC, dissolution, RM/PM and IP/FP testing, stability, OOS/OOT, data integrity, instrumentation, calibration, qualification, validation and microbiological testing will be relevant.
5. QC Microbiology – OSD & Sterile
The company is looking for AM / Executive / Officer with an M.Sc in Microbiology and 2–12 years of experience.
The position involves areas such as environment monitoring, water testing, sterility testing, BET/LAL, bioburden, media fill, GPT, MLT, microbial identification, microbial compliance and environmental/facility monitoring.
6. Quality Assurance – OSD
ACME Group has vacancies for AM / Executive / Officer in OSD Quality Assurance.
Candidates with B.Pharma, M.Sc or M.Pharma and 2–12 years of experience can apply.
The role includes IPQA, OSD manufacturing and packing, documentation, audit compliance, validation, vendor qualification, equipment and utility qualification, investigations, deviations, QRM, training, OOS/OOT and related QA activities.
7. Production – OSD
The OSD Production department has openings for Executive / Officer and Sr. Operator / Operator.
For staff positions, candidates should have B.Pharma or M.Pharma with 2–8 years of experience. Operator positions require ITI or Diploma with 2–10 years of experience.
Relevant manufacturing areas include granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, dispensing, checkweigher, imprinting, inspection, TTS, production QMS and training.
8. Packing – OSD
ACME Group is hiring Executive / Officer and Sr. Operator / Operator for OSD Packing.
Staff candidates should have B.Sc or B.Pharma with 2–8 years of experience, while Operator candidates should have ITI or Diploma with 2–10 years of experience.
Experience in primary and secondary packing, blister, strip, bottle filling and capping, autocontour, BQS, bulk line, labelling and serialization machines is relevant.
9. Engineering – OSD
Open positions include Executive / Officer and Sr. Technician / Technician.
Staff candidates with M.Tech or B.Tech and 2–8 years of experience can apply. Technician positions require Diploma or ITI with 2–12 years of experience.
The department covers process equipment such as RMG, FBD, blender, compression, coating and capsule equipment, along with packing and serialization, engineering QMS, HVAC, BMS/EMS, utilities, electrical and water systems.
