Job Description
1) MD’s desk management duties
2) Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
3) Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
4) Travel management
5) Calendar management
6) Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
7) Approving travel, leave and expense request of sub-ordinates on behalf of MD
8) Travel – Flights Hotels visa Ground transport, Meetings abroad. Preparation for requisites of
conference like PPT, registration etc.
9) Coordinating with all departments for reviews and discussion-weekly monthly and yearly
10) Preparing minutes of meeting (MOM) all the meeting and action taken Report (ATR).
11) Active in participating for all company events to motivate employees.
12) Done other duties as assigned – Certificates of appreciation create and circulated
13) Coordination for all necessary approvals and digital signatures on necessary documents for company
compliance and Legal and audit related
14) Ensuring prompt decision making by MD, by preparing teams for pre-discussions in terms of data
gathering, collation, analysis and presentation leading to a logical conclusion.
15) Special projects on behalf of MD such as IT implementation projects, customer satisfaction survey,
sales force improvement (Application) initiatives, company website improvements and content
management, etc.
