Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will work within Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical, supporting end-to-end services including research labs, clinical trials, regulatory services, and pharmacovigilance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Auditing and managing the implementation of functional processes to mitigate operational risks (e.g. policies, anticorruption, InfoSec, contractor controls).
- Establishing and validating process effectiveness, identifying gaps, and driving improvements.
- Supporting the Healthcare Management team in ensuring quality assurance across hospital and healthcare facility operations.
- Contributing to process compliance, patient services quality, and regulatory alignment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong ability to establish client relationships.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage moderately complex issues and adapt existing methods to new solutions.
- Understanding of strategic direction and alignment with organizational goals.
- Team management or small project leadership experience preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
